Christina Jelinek
I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in Narrative Therapy and Somatic interventions to help individuals heal from complex, developmental, systemic, and lifespan trauma. My work is grounded in the belief that healing involves more than understanding the past—it requires restoring safety within the body, reclaiming personal identity, and redefining one's relationship with the world.
Using a State, Story, and System framework, I help clients compassionately explore the impact of trauma, adverse life experiences, and high-control environments. By integrating nervous system-focused somatic practices (State), narrative identity reconstruction (Story), and a socio-cultural perspective (System), clients move beyond survival-based patterns toward greater authenticity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
I work with adolescents (15+), adults, and older adults through every stage of life. Whether you are a teenager exploring your identity, an adult navigating significant life transitions, or an older adult processing grief, loss, or life review, I believe every chapter of your story deserves compassion, dignity, and respect.
