Suzanna Donovan
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) in Texas, providing therapy under the clinical supervision of Rhonda Septelka, MA, LPC-S. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and the emotional and behavioral difficulties that can arise throughout life.
I became a counselor because I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to explore their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel emotionally safe and genuinely seen. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them strengthen their relationship with themselves, deepen their self-awareness, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and aligned with their values.
Whether you are facing a difficult season, working through past experiences, or seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and encouragement every step of the way.
